* What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal payments, personal checks and money orders/cashiers checks. You can pay securely and quickly thru Paypal with a credit card or checking account . If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be directed to the sign-up page during the check-out process. PayPal allows you to pay securely on-line. No one at this website will see your account numbers when you pay thru PayPal.
If you're still living in the Dark Ages and you wish to pay by snail-mailing us a personal check or a money-order/cashier's check, please email us your order. We'll tally up your order, add in the shipping charges and give you an address where you can send your payment. Your clocks/prints will be shipped after we receive your check via snail-mail and the check has cleared. Please make checks payable to "Lori Kamyk".
* I'd like to order something and have it sent as a gift to another address. Can I do that? Sure! During the checkout process, there will be a box where you can type in a note. Just state that the order is a gift, and put the shipping address there. We'll ship it to the name and address that you want, and we'll take the price off of the invoice slip too . If we're in a really good mood, we'll even put a gift card in there.
* How much do you charge for shipping? We won't rip you off on the shipping and handling charges. To see how much shipping will be, place the items that you want in your shopping cart (you can remove them afterwards) .********The shipping charges quoted on this site only apply to orders shipped in the continental U.S.
* Do you guys ship outside of the United States? Yes and no. We will ship prints and boxed note-cards outside of the United States. However, the shipping prices quoted here on the website , apply ONLY to the continental US . If you wish to place an order outside of the U.S.A, please email us and we'll give you a shipping quote and set you up a PayPal link.. CLOCKS can only be shipped to the USA and Canada at this time.
We do not ship ANYTHING to Mexico, Algeria /Africa , Asia or any Middle Eastern countries. Apparently those goons working at the Customs Department don't know how to put anything back in a box properly without breaking it.
* Are batteries included? No. Your clock will require one AA battery to run .
* Is my clock guaranteed? Your Clock Whimsies clock comes with a quartz movement that is guaranteed for life. If it ever stops working, simply return the clock movement for a free replacement.
* What is the return policy? If for any reason you are unhappy with your clock or print, return it for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, within 30 days.
* How do I hang my clock? There is a built-in hanger on the back of each of the large clocks. The 4x4 desk clocks also come with either a black , white or gold stand for displaying.
* How long does it take from the time of my order until I receive my clock or print? You should receive your order within ten days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me via the email address from the home page.
* How long does it take from the time of my order until I receive my custom-likeness print? You should receive your custom like-ness print in approximately three weeks. It depends on how busy things are in the studio. During the busiest months of October and November, I may not be able to do a custom likeness print . Things get really busy around here during the Christmas shopping season.
* I really like monkeys and there aren't any monkey clocks on the site. Will you do a special order for me? No. Sorry. If you would like a "Custom-Likeness" print, please see the Custom-Likeness Page. That I can do. But , I don't take special orders for certain themes/ crocodiles, warriors, airplanes, beagles, etc., because I just don't have the time right now. I do welcome suggestions though, because if I get a LOT of requests for the same subject, then it's possible that I'll start doing more of that particular subject at some point.
* Instead of a Custom-likeness print of my kids or my girlfriend, can you do one of my dog or cat? Yes, absolutely! Just email me some pics of your pet.
* Can I use one of your fairy pics on my own personal website? Yes---as long as you credit the design as being mine and also offer a link on that same page back to this website. I enjoy when people send me an email and let me know that they are using one of my fairies on their site. Makes me happy. :0)
It is not ok to copy any of my designs for re-sale or distribution . That's illegal---- It's copyright infringement and it makes me really cranky. It also comes with a minimum $500 fine.
* Clocks may contain small parts and are not intended to be used as toys or by children under the age of three.
